Development Programmes

Our programmes are designed to take participants outside of their comfort zone, to challenge their attitude, reflect on their behaviour and enhance their skillset. In creating a platform for the participants to engage, share and challenge, this opens honest conversation around implementation, execution, concerns and takeaways. Individual action plans are generated during each module. Return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPI) are part of the accountability process for each participant to own and report on.

All programmes are interactive and experiential, we don’t believe you learn from spending your day writing in workbooks. Participants are asked to present, build Lego models to demonstrate a concept, unpack a case study and more. This is carried out in teams or in pairs. There are also opportunities for self-reflection and appraisal, and this may be carried out through online evaluations.

All our development programmes are tailored to meet your goals and requirements, and run in half day (facilitated online) or one day (face to face) sessions.  Programmes start from 4 months up to 12 months, and delivered over a day per month.   You choose the programme that meets your requirements.  To assist you with this, Bute allocates the right facilitator or coach to work with you to consult, design and deliver the best development programme to suit your company’s needs.

Group Development

First line managers

A popular 3:2mldp programme for first lines managers is an eight-month programme, one day a month.

Programme modules include:

A popular 3:2mldp programme for executive leaders is a six-month programme, ½ day group session per month plus, a monthly 1:1 coaching.

Individual coaching

All 3:2mldc coaching programmes are delivered to meet the individual’s and company’s needs.

There is no prescriptive approach to coaching.  Everyone is unique and all coachees are treated as individuals who will have their own requirements.
